My girlfriend had trouble opening the door to the power socket on her Galaxy S5, since it comes standard with a door for waterproofing. Even with with fingernails it can be difficult to pop open at times so I decided to design a tool she could keep on her nightstand to open it to charge before bed. Then I got the idea to make the tool clip to the end of the USB 3.0 charger for the Galaxy S3 so she would never lose it. It was just a simple square shape that clipped over the end that plugs into the phone, it was snug, but she asked if I could make it clip on better so she wouldn't lose it so I have gone through multiple iterations and moved the little "tooth" to different spots to make it easier to hook the latch while the tool is still attached to the cable. Still a work in progress and it's starting to look pretty crazy at this point, but it works! I have only printed it in PLA, surprisingly the tooth hasn't broken off, you may need to sand the tooth a little for the best results opening the charge port.
