This is a printable solenoid inspired by the Robotic Xylophone ( http://www.nerdkits.com/videos/robotic_xylophone/ ). I made this to learn a bit of Inventor. I had a lot of trouble with the scale of this thing. Don't exactly know why so watch out when printing. Use the instructions in the xylophone article to wire it up and use the slug.
