I made this lighter case for my djeep lighter because the huge gas button kept getting pressed in my pocket. :P the hinge is 1.75 filament. The lighter just slips into the case. Its not to tight that it wont come out but tight enough where it isn't going to slip out. I printed this in .2 and the hinge is 1.75 filament that I mushromed out on the ends with the lighter then -while still hot i squished the mushroom down. After that i just slipped the lighter.
