This is only for a frame that has the z-axis rods offset front to rear, which I have only seen on the HIC model. For anyone that purchased an HIC Prusa I3 and their x-axis carriage was warped, I recreated the part. Please feel free to leave a comment if this part helped you. This should be ready to print. It is exported in mm units. The .dwg file is uploaded in case you want to make any changes yourself. Alternatively, if you're not good with 3D modeling, let me know if there's any changes you'd like to see. Update 3/8/15: I have adjusted the distance on the x-axis rod holes a little bit, and I have created the other side of the x-axis carriage. V9 8/16/15: I have recreated this part in solidworks with a few modifications. The dimension between the 2 smooth rods is 45.5mm, as this was about as close as I could get it to the dimension of my setup when printed. In order to account for any error, I slotted the holes to my bearing housings on the print head carriage to remove any excess tension on them, which in the long run is much easier than trying to print the two outer parts to the exact dimension of the holes on the print head carriage.
