You need an embroidery machine to create this tag. Hoop a water soluble stabilizer (tested on Ultra Solvy). You also need a software to change the text. Search on google for some free software. My recommendation would be EmbroideryModder, it is free and open source.I use Embird software and tested with Brother embroidery machine. After the stiching is done on a water soluble stabilizer, cut out the stitched piece and leave in water for ten minutes or so, so that the stabilizer dissolves. Dry it and then use it.
