This is my revised set of gears for Adrian's NEMA17 geared extruder.This is a gear profile I use when I design gears for paper shredders, the gear profile meshes smooth and without play between the gears.The drive gear uses a 1/4" shaft.Two 60 tooth gears files are posted,Rev1 can be printed without a support material Rev2 is for printing on a machine with support material.Enjoy!
