Replacement arm for Black and Decker Workmate clamp. ***Requires you have the handle from your original Workmate. I made three lengths of the handle in case the work surface has been modified and the you need a short handle to turn clear the work surface. Included are the Solidworks files, perhaps less than optimal; I'd only been using the software a few weeks when I created the handle. I have to give a shout out to Solidworks; what an incredible piece of CAD magic. I printed two in ABS at 100% infill with 0.3mm layer height. With raft and supports, standing upright. (Refer to pictures.) The simple clip STL can be used to more securely attach the handle to the new arm, as removing the handle from the broken arm tended to weaken the plastic hooks which fasten it into the arm. Simply insert your old handle, snap the clip in from behind, drill a 1/8" short (1/2"-3/4") pilot hole in the handle using the clip as a guide. Install a course wood screw and tighten until the handle just spins freely as the crank is turned. I used a long #6 threaded screw instead of the roll pin used to attach the handle to the Workmates clamp screw, the roll pin will work but the the screw is easier and just as secure.
