A derivative of richardberwick's Personalized Snowflake (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:37744)I just made the middle solid, added four posts and a top frame. You'll need richardberwick's orginal file if you want to do anything with the OpenSCAD code. A bit late... yeah. :-( But I got all caught up having fun the past few weeks and didn't have much time. :-)I used white ABS. Layer height .27. 10% fill. 1 extra shell.Drill a hole in one of the "crystal" spikes for the hook/loop/fastener.Use the outside of the top ring to mark your picture for cutting. Once cut, hold the picture and the top ring, making sure that the picture is in the proper orientation. Carefully place the ring and picture down on the four "pins"... lining the pins up with the holes in the ring. Push down and the pins and holes will act like a "hole punch". I made the pins so they stick up through the ring too much. This is so it can take different thicknesses of picture. Take a razor an slice off the excess pin that sticks through (or change the OpenSCAD code).
