Working on a printer design and this will be used to mount my X-Axis to Z-Axis. I realized that opposed to using smooth rods for the axis, using the makerslide does not require to add any x-ends for support, it can just support itself. Not tested yet, but I'm pretty confident that it will work just fine. Tried wiggling it around a bit with the smooth rod inserted and could not feel the slightest play. Using 10mm smooth rod for additional stability. Designed for M5x10mm Cylinder Head screws. Credit for the bearing holder
Somehow adding sources does not work, so I'm just adding this to the description. I used this thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16158 to generate the main part and just added some stronger screw tabs in the correct positions.
