I modified the design slightly to have a backstop for the bearing and to press fit just right in spools with 1.5" diameter center holes.Print two. A 608 (skate) bearing should press in to each hub. Press it in with a clamp if it doesn't. The hubs should also press fit into the spool. If they don't, tap them in with a mallet. You can then run a M8 or 5/16" threaded rod through them and mount the spool on one of the many filament spool holder designs available.
