
This is a snap-together chamshell housing for an open-source sip-and-puff interface I'm working on called openSip+Puff. The housing is comprised of two halves that fit together using mating ledges that are offset by about 0.2mm. It was created in OpenSCAD and is fully parametric, so if you need to adjust the fit (or anything else for that matter) just grab the .scad file and have at it! Otherwise you will get curling that will affect the fit of the parts. This part is ideally printed raftless using PLA, but I do not (yet) have the ability to do so.
