I'm using a Printmake 3D, it's a PrusaI3 based 3d Printer. There was a little gap between the Extruder Wheel and the Hotend, so I made this little thing. It works very good, no jamming with flexible Filaments (Ninjaflex, Nylon, PTE). Print this in the lowest layer Settings you can do, mine was printed in 0,05mm Layer and 100% infill. Also use Supportmaterial. IMPORTANT: Using Cura you need to move the part 90° and "cut" it beneath about 5mm (depends on your Hotend). You see this on the screenshot (sadly Cura is set to german). But I think it is plausible. Have fun with flexible Filaments :-) Layer thickness: 0.05mm Infill: 100% move 90° and cut beneath about 5mm >> see Screenshot
