We have a "Bosch Classixx" dishwasher here in the office that keeps on losing the wheels off the (bottom) dish rack.I decided to model up a replacement (copying as closely as possible the original)I will add a picture of the printed part when I can complete one. :)EDIT: Source (Inventor) files added. It should be possible to print these two parts and fit them together with little or no difficulty - the original was designed in such a way that it's almost impossible to dismantle without destroying the entire thing.I have attempted to print both parts together but found that the castellations on the axle were printing too fast and just caused the printer to "blob" - hence the work in progress tag. I suppose I could add a sacrificial spigot on the Axle that would give it a base to adhere to the print bed.EDIT: I successfully printed a set of two of each of these parts last night. Both the wheels came out okay; a little work should allow them to fit onto the axle with ease. The Axles themselves need revising, the overhanging clip needed support material and the default "create support" setting in Slic3r doesn't work at all well (for me anyway). I think I might re-design the Inventor part to include support material - that way I can control exactly how it's created. It has also got me thinking about creating better snap-off areas for this axle part.Thoughts/comments are appreciated. :)
