This is my bowden tube holder for the Da Vinci 1.0 It works perfectly along side my Super Mega Delux fillament holder plus http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:735303 I was sick of tangles so designed this simple bowden filament guide for the back of the printer The 2mm OD bowden tube keeps perfect tension on the filament as it leaves the spool and completely stops of tangles. you only want to use about 50mm of bowden tube. A longer tube may apply too much pressure to the filament and cause a belt slippage. This is by far the best mod I have done to my printer. Tangles can and will ruin a 30 hr print 15 hrs in. Use super glue to fix the PTFE tube in the tube holder if necessary You will need 50mm piece of 2mm ID x 4mm OD PTFE tube 4mm drill Bit optional 130mm piece of 3mm ID x 4mm OD PTFE tube If you want to use the 3mm ID bowden tube to finish it off. You will have to make a bit of a bell in the end of 3mm bowden and stretch the end of the 3mm over the 2mm ID bowden like in the picture. I then used duel some wall heat shrink to keep it from slipping off, like in the picture. Doing this makes it really easy to feed the filament in to the printer housing You don't have to use M6 Bolts to attach the guide.
