This is a special test print for use with MakerBots. It’s designed to be test printed in ABS on a MB. Maybe even pushing the MB to its limitsThe goal: is a very strong Brutis http://reprap.org/wiki/Brutis X carriage. Been told that many Maker Bots were un-able to print the first Brutis X carriage design. I then went ahead and redesigned (overkill) in a few areas where overhang issues were addressed.Because of its uber small nature, the Brutis project maintains the simplicity of the Prusa Mendel. This is done by the Brut strength of the design. Needed, test prints of this new design. I also will be looking for a small group of “Brutis testers” in the near future.
