So this was my second project when I was a little better at things, still learning to slightly upscale things enough to compensate for shrinking since I am located in a cold basement. The thingi is a 3 axis brushless motor gimbal for a gopro hero 3 in the skeleton case. Movie!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU4G0ZOkrPEPrint Settings: Fill - 0.8 Layer Height - 0.2 Motors: 2206-140Kv Brushless Gimbal Motor (x2) ~$30 http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=43037 2804-210Kv Brushless Gimbal Motor (x1) ~$20 http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=43040 The dimensions for the motors can be found on those sites. They use M2's on one side and M3's on the other. I used M3 hardware and I think a #6-32 (?) for the skeleton case/pitch mount. SimpleBGC Settings: Pitch: P25 I0.3 D33 Power 175 Roll: P33 I0.2 D35 Power 225 I didn't get around to the yaw on this one because it turned out to be too big for the nose of the plane I want to put it in. These settings are high though since it is a decent size rig for a gopro. Mess around with the PID and Power until you get it.
