This is an "updated" version of Crab's Ornament ball. I've updated it to allow the pieces to slot together and not require tools to assemble it or glue to keep it's structure. The hanger might require a dab of glue depending on the tightness of your fit. It is designed to be laser cut from 3mm MDF, but should work with birch or any other 3mm / 1/8" material. The slots are made tight so they might need tweaking for other materials. Makes a nice xmas ornament or puzzle to contain a gift. Created in Adobe Illustrator. I've exported 4 versions, hopefully one works for you. Made to be cut from 3mm or 1/8" material. MDF works best. Just slot the pieces together, and glue if necessary. Don't forget the hanger!
