This is a dual jhead mount for an Aluminium plate version i3. It allows mounting two jheads with their centres 24mm apart. Updated STL as the original was missing the mount holes and captive nuts. They were present in the openscad file but not in the STL for some reason. Note: Thingiverse appears to rename the files now when you download them, so if you download the scad files and attempt to render them it will not find the functions.scad or hardware.scad files and won't render the captive nut holes unless you rename the files or update the file paths in the original scad file with the new names.Print the mount and the clamp. Fit 1/8BSP Pneumatic fittings to the mount (you may need to ream the hole a little). Fit 3 M3 nuts to the back of the mount (you many need to pull them home by temporarily fitting some M3 screws and tightening them up until the nuts are secure). Secure the mount to the xcarraige with two short M3 screws. Fit the hotends and the clamp. Secure the clamp with longer M3 screws. You can fit 2 x 25mm fans to keep the hotend PEEK cool. Again, secure with short M3 screws and M3 lock nuts or plain nuts with thread lock.
