'film canister 21' has the lid separate to the canister if you'd prefer to print without the need for support. You'll need to slip the lid ring over the case and then glue it on though.Black filament would be best - naturally you want the canister to leak as little light as possible.The 'tab' that joins lid to canister is flexible enough (with ABS at least) to bend in the middle so that the lid sits on top nicely. I can upload the lid with no tab/ring if requested.enjoy!
