Some dirty scumbag stole the badge from my Gazelle NL bike. I designed a cool replacement in Tinkercad. Built the badge using PLA 0.2 mm layer height, 0.3 infill, 3 layers. After the build I put it into a cup of very hot water to make it soft and I pressed it onto the bike. Once it was well formed to the bike I used epoxy to secure the badge so it doesnt get stolen again. Be careful with the wings as they can break from the body if you bend it too much, I noticed a crack forming on the inside of the badge between the wing and body whilst I was fitting the badge which is why I used the hot water method.
