Clip on mount for 50mm fan utilising the holes in the LC's extruder mount. This has already made my prints look much nicer. I may try to shift the angle although it does appear to be working quite well. Print and clip on to front of printer, you will want to make sure that any overprint is filed off as there is not much tolerance, its done to be a tight fit. Please check that the distance between the outside of the hole on the extruder assembly and the surface is no more than 5.5mm, if it is you will need to change the hole2Front variable in the SCAD file.This is designed to take a 50mm fan, you can play with the SCAD file to adjust the sizes, if you need help feel free to ask.Version 2 Arm thickness reduced to 2mm, also the pins have been reduced by 1mm in thickness. Adjusted extruder clearance size which provides added flex in the body for clipping on. Please don't fit the fan until after clipping on the mount, and ensure that your fan wire is running over the top. It is easier to clip the mount in on one side then push it home on the other side, if the fan is attached this makes the body much more ridged and difficult to attach.To remove the clip, you can pull the clip from one side and it should pop off relatively easily.
