Simply print and snap on. Maybe some xacto knife jobs will make better fit. Worked with Autodesk Inventor 2014.I printed this with Thing-O-Matic and MakerWare. Setting: 30 Infill, 2 shells, 0.25mm layer height, with standard resolution, no support and no raft. I polished outer shells using #100, #320, #600, and #1000 sandpapers.
