Simply print with 2-3 layers and about 18% infill, or to your liking.Upon cap insertion to rim, be careful. Dont want the plastic to crack (but you may hear it slightly, it's ok, as long at if fits tight). You might want to test just one first, so see how it goes. Unknown if caps will work with other years. Can probably be scaled for any rim?UPDATE Caps have been in place for about a month now. They have not flown off and/or killed anyone. I'm pretty sure they're safe.
