Friends of mine hosted a Dr Who themed 3D printing / painting class recently and everyone wanted to make a sonic driver and they asked for my 3d printing services. While each seasons driver is unique, I thought it'd be extra cool if you could somehow build your own. I eventually thought "why not mix and match pieces from existing drivers to build your own." Now, you can! Introducing thingiverse to the "Dr. Who Sonic Driver Builder Kit" I used the Mini Hollow Sonic Screwdrivers by KosukeNoda (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:687090) and also the parametric snap pins from emmett (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213310) and sliced them up in Tinkercad. Pick your favorite head, body, and tail, and use 2 pins to snap them all together! Make it bigger by using 2 body pieces, or go crazy and make your own crazy combo! Some pieces fit better with others, still working on correcting scales
