I designed this Led support with 4 Leds to Upgrade my Sethi3D printer. Feel free to remix-it as need. It fits perfectly on mine and don´t need to use any screws. ;) Another TIP about the White Leds. Sand them to make the light spread better. ;) The piece has some cavities on both sides to fit the 2 Resistors.
