This is very similar to the reel by Terminus. I reconstructed the model in Solidworks and split it so that it can be printed in two pieces for a cleaner print and easier removal of supports. I modified the slot entering into the center for easier bud insertion and better retention. If you have solidworks, it is also easy to modify so that you can add embossed graphics, etc. The pieces may need to be scaled up 10% for use with earbuds that have an external mic and control buttons.I printed these in white PLA from MakerGear on my MakerGear M2 with a 0.2mm layer thickness, and support material auto-generated by Simplify3D. Support is only needed under the TOP piece. Both TOP and BOTTOM pieces in the .stl files may import into your slicer up-side-down. They are designed to print with the TOP face up and the Bottom face down. The two pieces are glued together with superglue (if printed in PLA) and the result is a very strong case. The seat-ring in the inside of the BOTTOM piece makes gluing very easy and fool-proof.
