This is a modified version of the existing X525 mount by SheX. It may not work if you are using the original landing legs. I really like the original design but found that they would break for me with an aggressive take-off or hard landing. Because of this I added some more supports. I did several test prints in various orientations with this model. My strongest prints were printed vertically in Nylon. Solid infill. I also printed in ABS which appeared to work but it wasn't as strong as the Nylon print. After breaking (by hand for testing) several of the original design and this design printed in several ways I decided to just bolt my motors directly to the booms via a metal adapter. I think the printed mounts would work OK (especially if I had less weight or smaller props) but I wanted to stay on the safe side and not take any chances.
