This is a down and dirty remix of the Resizable Loose Filament Spool by shaunp, published Mar 17, 2013. It is a modification to the "LFS_Hub_External_30mm_V3.0.stl" file which allows nice fitment to 3/4" PVC spool holder. This helps facilitate better motion on an cheap home made spool holder when dealing with air spooled filament (personally hate it).Print the attached "SpoolCore.stl" I have attached. Then nab "LFS_Bracket_Replicator_V3.0.stl" and your choice of spoke length from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:62710/#files (print 3 each). After printing you can simply hit Home Depot or Lowes to pickup a length of 3/4" PVC pipe, 2 90 degree elbows, 2 three-way T's and 4 end caps all for under $5. Hack the pipe to your needed lengths and assemble (look at my pics, very easy to see how to put together). Spool on!
