Based on boemeles' iPhone Camera Mount (see the "Derived From" entry), I rebuilt it in OpenSCAD so I could adjust the size of the mount to my tripod and various phones. The bottom fits a quick-release tripod mount, and the top has a space to slide an iPhone (or other phone with flat front and back) and have it held firmly between two blocks of plastic. It is customizable in Thingiverse Customizer if your tripod mount or phone have different dimensions than mine. Edit 23-Mar-2014: I know I'm a bit late to the draw here but I finally added an STL model for the iPhone 5/5s so you don't need to go to Customizer to get it. Edit 17-May-2015: There have been about a hundred customized versions of this, most of them named "My Customized Phone Tripod Mount". If you could please name your customized version with '[Phone Model] [Tripod Model] Tripod Mount" it would help everyone... e.g. "Samsung Galaxy 6 Vista Tripod Mount" Thanks. The pictured mount was built on a Replicator 2 with MakerWare's default Medium settings using MatterHacker green PLA plastic. The STL was built with iPhone 4S dimensions and used the base dimensions of my inexpensive Vista tripod.
