Use this simple jig to make sure your print bed is perfectly level. Takes just 5 minutes to verify it is correctly level. Works with standard sae dial indicator collar. I also provided multiple design files in case you wanted to modify it and make it your own.Simple place two 1/4 in magnets in the two furthest holes and place a dial indicator in the main hole.On the Rigidbot make sure that the nozzle is the correct height above the bed using a paper shim (only need to set one corner). Now place the jig on the 8mm rods on the X-axis in that corner. Adjust the bezel to read zero or tear on a digital dial indicator. Move the Bed to check the adjacent corner and then move the jig to check the other two corners. Once initial calibrations have been done it should be a very short process to verify the bed is still level.
