You will need two of these per one D battery. I used household aluminium foil to provide contact - you will need to make it slightly different on each end. Just look at D battery to get idea how to form foil to provide reliable contact.I used 50% fill and .25mm layer height. Might work well with lower fill percentage to save some filament.
