These will hold the a glass plate on your 200x200 prusa hotbed. They are low profie so your fan won't crash, and are compliant so the glass doesn't have to be perfect. They also keep the hotbed itself at a consistent height off of the carrier plate.Since my partner in reprap crime and I were using paper clamps to hold the glass down to the hotbed, I decieded to we needed something easier. Using 123D, I drew this design up with the idea that the glass panes will vary and we needed some compliant features to accomidate that. Also with the addition of a fan shroud or any other accesories that has to be located near the nozzle, there is always a problem with crashing if you try to get every mm you can out of the hotbed area.-Print with a full fill.-Make sure your bridge settings are good. (It will be more trimming otherwise)-Once printed, cut the support out of the hotbed slot with an exacto knife. Trim till it fits well.-Screw it down tight.-Make sure your glass pane is close to the white outline of 200x200 on the hotbed, if it's too small it won't fit and too big it will break the retainers.-To instert you glass you start with one corner and work your way around, same with removal. Your going to need a small screwdriver or something similar.-Enjoy!
