"catherine" was printed using Makerbot's glow in the dark plasticThe name "Jane" came out a little short, so when I created TONY and ZAC I used capital letters and stretched the name a little bit in the vertical direction using the "scale" tool in Sketchup.I also find that a 10mm depth for connectors with a total depth of 20 mm works well. for the dot in the i in michelle, I made the connector a bit taller so that the tower for the dot would be better supported.
