Turn the socket head screws holding on side panels into thumbscrews. I had to take the side panel off so many times to try the different iterations of the x-axis cable strain relief that I finally saw the wisdom of making these screws tool-less. JimFouch has a nice design up (thing:219135) but I wanted to design my own with a shape that could only be 3D printed. They are nicely grippy when you twist them..1mm layer height - 3 shells - 15% infill You will need to scrape away the sharp bottom edge on the inside of the hole. Make a little bevel to help ease the bolt head into hole. Push it on really hard. Done. I only did the side panels, because the front and rear panels need other tools to remove. But sometimes it is really nice to be able to just pop of the side panels, and these thumbscrews make it easy.
