Modified Spooner2011's finger hook again, this time to remove the base to make it look like the finger is coming right through the wall! Note, I have uploaded a slightly better file to fix some errors around the fingernail. Still not perfect but should be good enough to print out nicely. Screw a screw into the wall where you want the hook to mount, leave approx 2mm of screw exposed below the head, slot the finger over the screw head and slide down to lock.
