Hi,
I made this X carriage for my Zonestar Prusa I3 (P802-Y) as the original one was to flexible and the HotEnd mount was to loose.
It is based on Stevans design, which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:871433
To rebuild it you will also need
X_Single_Extr.stl and X_clamp_1_Extr.stl from his design, these parts were scaled up by a factor of 1.007.
The X plate is designed to hold two SCS8UU or preferable SCS8LUU bearing blocks. Currently I'm using the shorter ones, as the longer ones are on their journey from China to Germany.
That's also why my cabling isn't yet finally done. All parts were printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height, 4 solid layers and perimeter walls and 25% honeycomb infill, except the fan holder and air nozzle where I reduced to 3 solid layers using Slic3r.
