1st off, this is a work in progress, and I have not printed the full thing yet, just parts of it. Once I do, I'll upload the pictures. Update 8/6/2015: My measurements for the MK7 extruder assembly was off a bit. Fixed that, and in turn had to fix the the other 2 parts to fit. Update: I've uploaded the 2 clamp version. It will clamp on the motor and the hot end fan. Still have not printed them to check fit. This should make bridging with PLA a lot more feasible. That's the idea anyways. Print it in ABS with no supports @ .2 or .3 layer height. I have printed the donut part successfully. I have to test the fan funnels next. I used Repetier Host to print. Slic3r prints were not as good as Cura. It's designed to be used with 40mm fans. I'm currently working on changing the mounting to be a little easier to put on and take off. It will basically have 2 "clamps", on in the back, as in this design, and one in the front. I will upload it as soon as I'm done with it. P.S. with .3 layer height, Cura estimated about 2 hours, but will probably take about 2:30 or 2:45. At .2 layer height, Cura estimated 3 hours, so it will take about 4. Print with ABS at .2 or .3 layer height with no support and 20% to 30% fill. Mount 2 40mm fans blowing into the donut and wire them together. The fan bolt holes are M3 and the clamp is M4 (or 6-32 allthread). I have not printed the full part yet, just parts of it. Once I do, I'll upload the pictures.
