Greetings! Got your hands on one of the Raspberry Pi Foundation's new 7" touchscreen display modules? Need something to prop it up when you're using it in on your desk or in your project? The Raspberry Pi Guy has got you covered! I have designed a slip-in stand for the display - simply print it out on your 3D printer and place the bottom of your display into the slot. The Raspberry-Pi-logo shaped stand will keep your touchscreen display up securely and safely, with plenty of clearance on the back for other add ons and HATs. See it in action in my release video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7byf2h_bT8 NOTE: the Raspberry Pi logo is a trademark of the Raspberry Pi Foundation. I would like to thank them for their generosity in letting me use it for this display stand. You can read more about their trademark rules here: https://www.raspberrypi.org/trademark-rules/I printed my display stand in blood red PLA on an Ultimaker 2 with the following settings: Layer Height: 0.1mm Shell Thickness: 0.8mm Print Speed: 50mm/s Travel Speed: 150mm/s Infill Density: 18% Cooling Fans: Enabled This prints without the need for any supports and on my Ultimaker 2 took around 4/5 hours to do so.
