A customisable glasses case that was designed to be very slim over the profile of my sunglasses in my pocket. My glasses are a nice snug fit, shape can be customised for yours with a quick edit of the OpenSCAD file. Lots of comments to show you where to tweak bits. Print these parts with 0% infill and no solid top layers. I use 3 perimeters with a 0.3mm nozzle. Two ways you can use this Thing:
1.) Print the STL file as is, 0% infill, no top layers
2.) Customise this for your own specs, details below. Start by taking a bit of card and cutting a hole that your glasses slide through nice and snugly. Next step is to put that shape into a polygon in OpenSCAD (code is commented to say where). This involves a lot of Minkowski sums, which can take a long time to render, so be patient!
