This is a 14 in 1 sewing measurement tool. I designed this for a friend that needed one for sewing. I think it is used for measuring the width of a hem. Some of the measurements are labeled with raised letters. There are other hidden measurements that are not labeled. The with across one axis is 2 inches and 2 1/4. The measurements across the other axis is 1 1/2 inches.Someone edited this design and made a cool version compatible with laser cutters. Find that here:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1603026I would recommend printing this with 0.3mm layers as the numbers on the top are 0.3mm high. I sanded the numbers to smooth them out as to not catch on the fabric when in use. After sanding I used a paint pen to highlight the numbers.
