This is based on the "Fully printable PCB vise", but I don't have glue with me, so I modded it with a dovetail joint, it might not be visually appealing, but it works!I remodel them with Solidworks. The primary changes or dovetail on Swirl and Bracket. The swirl has a much thicker neck (20mm) - because I broke my original one when it falled on the ground.I also found that the jaw was too tight for me, so I remodel it and loose it up a bit (enlarging radius and pitch angle, reducing the length) - still tight enough. Moreover, I can't print the vertical gap - the island is kept being knocked off, so I take them away. Sorry for the filename - I forgot which is left and which is right =PUpdate 2013-04-02 I remodeled the Screw and Thumbscrew. Mine machine is vertically challenged, and it takes years to print the a half of vertical screws (because of cool down), not to mention how many times did I break the internal flap. I remodel it, lay it down horizontally (150mm long), chop it up a bit. It's not a circle but We don't need full circle of screw for it to spin anyway, so it works. I drew a thin rectangle on the base so it is much easier to print, otherwise the 1st layer will be kept knocking down - perhaps my printer issue. For the thumbscrew, I broke 3 - the interconnect broke. So I changed the interconnect key to rectangle. It should still accept the original cross interconnect. It's much harder to break now.
