I altered the lid so that it snaps on. The opening to the Jack-O-Lantern itself is not perfectly round so take care when snapping the lid on/off and set the infill to a decent setting.A light sanding to the inner rim of the pumpkin would make the fit just right since it isn't perfectly round.
