This is the final design that evolved out of my lasercut snapping connector tests I did here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:942These are designed to be cut out of a 2mm sheet of Delrin but you can try with any 2mm sheet. Acrylic will not work because it breaks too easily.Correction: I earlier wrote that I cut it out from HDPE but this was a mistake I mixed it up it was actually Delrin.
