This is a 3D printing test. The goal of this piece is beeing able to print it all with good quality and with all the mesurements printed correctly. It is also a good piece were you can manipulate all settings (printing speed, layer height, infill, support...). It will give you clues in order to calibrate the printer too. I'm printing my own too so i'll post my first result. Remember this is my first project so be kind if there is any issue.Feel free to invest the best settings to print this tricky test. Then try to find where are your 3D printer limits. I reccomend you to start with good quality settings and then increesing printing speed, layer height and so on. The results should be: Base(mm): 70x70x5 (unless the cut part). From left to right and upper to lower part. -First groove: 5mm -Second groove: 2mm -Cilinder: 15mm diameter, 40mm height -Cilinder hole: 10mm -First stick: 2mm diameter, 80mm height -Second stick: 1mm diameter, 80mm height -First hole: 5mm -Second hole: 1mm -Support test: ok printed -The last part coming out from the base should be 10mm height, 31.5mm long, 5mm wide. As you can see in the photo, my printer did wrong the 1mm stick because it didn't stop at all to extrude some PLA. It also has retraction issues between the sitcks. The 25% infill of the cilinder did not appear. The sizes in X,Y are about 0.5mm wrong so the 1mm hole was not printed. The rest is ok with good, smooth surface.
