I wanted a part with a variety of nicely sized holes and pegs, so I made one. Holes/pegs are 10mm, 8mm, 6mm, and 4mm diameters. Overall it is 45mm by 25 mm. The extra squareish area near the large peg is 15mm by 15mm. The holes are 5mm deep, and the pegs are 5mm high. I tried to make the dimensions as pleasant as possible so I wouldn't have to remember them exactly. Print, use calipers, recalibrate. Wash, rinse, repeat. And if you want, break the pegs off and try to stick them in the holes. I'm determined to finally have holes the correct size. I'm tired of printing things that don't fit.
