I use 0.2mm resolution, but anything should work. if you're going to internally illuminate, use translucent filament for one or both parts. i have had good luck with the translucent ABS available on Amazon.com fin supports should easily break off by hand. use needle nose pliers to gently twist away support material from inside light hole.
