This is a little tool for drilling holes at right angles to things, primarily walls. However, this guide also has a dust catcher. The slot in the guide tube allows the dust to fall out of the drill flutes into the catcher. With this tool you can put in a drywall anchor above your couch without having to move it or make a huge mess. There are two slots on the edges, those are crosshairs you can use to line up the center of the tube (see photos). The "ledge" for your finger and the catcher should both be bigger, and if your print warps, some of the dust may still escape down the wall. But most of it will end up in the bucket. The hole is sized for a 1/4" bit. The part was designed in Autodesk Fusion 360, and I have included several CAD formats if you want to edit it for different sizes. I suppose you could also try scaling.Printed on a Makerbot Replicator 2 at Low quality, for fastest print. No support needed if printed with the tube vertical.
