A desk or wall clock using a mobius strip as the indicator ring. An attempt to reconcile a 12 hour clock with a 24 hour day. Uses a standard battery quartz clock movement. One revolution of the clock hand corresponds to 12 hours, but a second revolution is required to fully traverse the mobius ring. The two sides of the mobius ring are marked with appropriate hours. The clock ring will need a little support to print. The two support pieces will not. To use as a wall clock, the smaller hooked support piece is not needed. A little filing and sanding may be needed to get a snug fit between the ring and the main support piece. Also, between the main support and hooked tilt support. If you overdo it, the pieces can be glued together. Bottom of the hooked support may need to be cut to get ideal angle. Example is set so that the movement is at about 45 degrees, the bottom of the mobius ring barely clears the desktop. Example was printed in ABS with 0.2 mm layers.
