The original had round holes in the "gums" and square rooted teeth. As you can imagine trying to put square pegs in round holes wasn't very effective. Also the "gums" didn't lay flat on the build platform. I've solved both of these issues by fixing the "gums". The "gums" now have a flat bottom and the teeth should fit into them with much less trouble. (we'll see once I reprint my fixed version.NOTE: I had to fix the teeth because they weren't laying flat on the platform. You should be able to download the "fixed" version now. Since I have a Thing-O-Matic so I resized it down by .9 so it would fit on my build platform better. Obviously if you have a larger printer you shouldn't need to do that. Both the teeth and gums should be able to be printed without support. Carefully heat the bridge between the two halves to bend the part into the right shape. Glue in teeth. (hopefully with this version you shouldn't need to use your dremel to get it to fit correctly.
