this is a remodel of an earlier design. I had a few people that wanted a new version with rounder engines. so that's what this isno supports are needed printed ok at ~= 70 mm (as pictured)spacepudge2XL.stl is a thicker engine/tip model for sturdier print.no supports are needed printed ok at ~= 70 mm (as pictured)In response to user having issues with the tips of the engines breaking off I have made a version spacepudge2XL. this has thicker engines and tip of the rocket to allow stronger print in smaller size. I have attached a picture of the new model in 2 small sizes. the really small one is not a good print and is there for the sake of demonstrating a too small print. at 2 1/4 inch tall (55 mm) it has much stronger tips that wont just break away. I used 2 shells 0%infill. I suggest in addition to make the models stronger try the following. (I am assuming ABS is used) i use the new firmware and it has a hotter nozzel temp (240 celcius) this seems to make the layers bind together better. a post print paint with acetone helps to bind the layers as well.
